Ms Preethi D'Souza motivates the MBA freshers

The Orientation Program for the First Year MBA and MCA students was organised on 6th October, 2012. Ms Preethi D'Souza was the resource person for the program. She highlighted the need of a positive attitude, taking leadership and motivated the students to take up their PG courses very seriously and at the same time to enjoy studies and other extra curricular activities.

Ms Preethi D'Souza is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Post Graduate Studies and Research in Commerce, Mangalore University. She has a decade’s experience of teaching the Post Graduate students of MBA, MCom and MHRD. Her areas of interest are Management, Human Resource Development, Learning Interventions, Marketing Management, International Trade and Entrepreneurship Development. Presently she is perusing her PhD in the area of Talent Management.  She is a life coach and gives individual counseling to students. She has conducted more than hundred workshops for students and even for teachers. She is a corporate trainer and has given training to employees in organisations of service and production sector. She is a trainer for bank staffs and other organisations in Karnataka.
