Basics of HR and the recent trends an invited lecture by Dr Ajay Aryan

The Department of Business Administration, Shree Devi Institute of Technology organised a invited guest lecture on  Basics of HR and the recent trends in HR on 24th January, 2013. The resource person of the program was Dr Ajay Aryan. 

Dr Aryan is a Company Secretary and has got more than 17 years of experience in various industries. His academic qualification including  PhD in Human Resource and Masters in Business Administration in HR and other management specialisation.

Lt Cdr (Prof.) P. K. Suresh Kumar, HOD presided over the function and Mr Suraj Francis Noronha, Assistant Professor welcomed and introduced the resource person.
