The annual college day celebrations of Shree Devi Institute of Technology was held on 27th April, 2013 at Loyola Hall, Mangalore. Mr Narendra L. Nayak, Chairman, Expert Educational and Charitable Trust was the chief guest of the function.
“Students should enrich and enhance their academic and general knowledge and involve in research and study by utilizing the well equipped Library/Laboratory facilities in their institution. Graduation should not only be the primary aim and objective, but they should compete in the competitive exams like IAS, IRS, IPS to achieve success in their future professional life”, Mr Nayak said.
Shri A. Sadananda Shetty, Chairman, Shree Devi Education Trust, presided over the function. Mrs Sharmila Sagar Introduced the guests and Dr Dilip Kumar K., Principal of SDIT, presented the annual report. Mr Nidhish Shetty, Vice chairman of SDET, Mrs Maina Shetty, Secretary of SDET., and Mrs Priyanka N. Shetty, Trustee, SDET were also present on the dais.
Mrs Sowmya Kini proposed a vote of thanks. Mr Vivian D’souza and Ms Deepashree Shetty compered the formal programme.
