An invited guest lecture was delivered by Mr A.S. Venkatesh and Mr Elroy Monis on the topic New Product Development and Visual Mechendising on 8th August, 2013. The guest lecture was organised to update the students on the recent developments in the field of marketing.
Mr A. S. Venkatesh has done his Graduation and MBA from ANDHRA UNIVERSITY and has a corporate experience of 16 years at various levels in Petroleum, Automotive and Financial industry. He has undergone advanced sales training in the field of managing sales force in the financial sector at Singapore. He has to his credit certifications form IRDA, AMFI and has conducted courses on Commodities to traders, sub-brokers etc. He is presently working as the Assistant Professor in St Aloysius Institute of Management and Information Technology (AIMIT), Beeri.
Mr. Elroy Monis is a graduate in management from Karnatak University, Dharwad. He also holds a post graduate degree in commerce specializing in applied finance from St. Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangalore. He also has to his credit Certificate in Information Technology from TATA CMC and National Certificate in Modular Employable Skill from Ministry of Labour & Emloyment, Govt of India. He has internship experiences in ONGC MRPL, Excel Foods Pvt Ltd, ICICI Asset Management Company etc. He is presently working as the Lecturer in St Aloysius Institute of Management and Information Technology (AIMIT), Beeri.
The second year MBA students and the faculty attended the lecture.
