Lecture on Supply Chain Management of Petroleum Products in India

Mr M. L. Sahayadass, Sr Manager Distribution Retail - West, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) and Chairman, CTCC delivered an invited guest lecture to the MBA students on 14th February, 2014 on the topic Supply Chain Management and logistics of Petroleum Products.The lecture was organised by the Department of Business Administration, SDIT to help the students understand the practical aspects of supply chain management.

Mr Sahayadass having more than 30 years of experience in Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd, spoke about the various petro-chemical products and highlighted on the petroleum distribution pattern in India. The session was very informative and provided practical knowledge on the distribution of petroleum products to the students.

Dr Dilip Kumar K., Principal, SDIT presided over. Lt. Cdr. (Prof.) P. K. Suresh Kumar, H.O.D., Department of Business Administration, SDIT welcomed the gathering and Mr Suraj F. Noronha, Asst. Professor, introduced the guest. Mr Safeer C. K., Second year MBA student was the MC for the programme and Mr Arjun P. K., Second Year MBA students proposed the vote of thanks.  The MBA students and the staff of the Department of Business Administration participated in the lecture.
